Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Assist with inventory management and tracking - Prepare and process orders for shipment - Collaborate well with other departments and employees to ensure smooth operations - Maintain accurate records and update databases - Answer phone calls /emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Provide general administrative support to the team - Schedule all appointments for inbound and outbound orders/carriers -Ability to deal with interactions with multiple drivers -Must be able to multitask in a fast paced and loud distribution environment -Assist Customer service with order fulfillment and distribution Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety protocols - Experience in materials handling and distribution center operations - Basic computer and excel knowledge - Good Attendance and Punctuality Standards - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note:
