The Full Case Picking position requires constant, walking miles per shift, lifting of boxes no more then 40lbs, utilizing a ride on/walk beside electronic pallet jack.
To say the least, this position is physically demanding.
Not saying we are looking for industrial athletes, we are definitely looking for contenders though.
