This qualified individual will work under the guidance of the Director of Finance & Accounting to coordinate and report the annual budget, quarterly estimates, and monthly financial results.
They will provide reliable data and analysis to parent company, leadership, and accounting teams.
In addition, support the Director of Finance & Accounting and Group Finance team in developing and improving forecasting and reporting systems and processes.
Major Responsibilities/Duties:
Develop and maintain annual budgets, quarterly estimates, and 5-year plan with collaboration of leadership team.
Monitor variance analysis of actual results to budget, quarterly estimates, and prior periods.
Create written communicate that clearly and accurately explains variances to leadership and parent company.
Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to reporting, variances, and metrics in a timely manner.
Partner directly with department heads and central FP&A group to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
Thoroughly examine financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses identifying risks and opportunities.
Help develop reporting and dashboards on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Essential Skills/Experience/Requirements:
BS in Finance or Accounting Minimum of 3
years of FP&A experience MS Office products, advanced MS Excel knowledge MS Dynamics 365 experience a real plus Experience with Power Query and Power BI a real plus Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Data-driven and fact-based mindset Engaging and collaborative Personal growth-focused Physical Demands:

Proper lifting techniques required.

Work Environment:
For the most part, ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas which could require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and the ability to tolerate noise levels up to the maximum allowed by OSHA.
