Walton, KY Walton, KY Full-time Full-time From $55,500 a year From $55,500 a year 11 days ago 11 days ago 11 days ago Ensure the reliability of the manufacturing process by performing material testing, chemical analysis, and inspection instructions to validate production processes and materials at each stage of manufacturing Ensure lab equipment is in working condition through calibration and maintenance Identify areas of improvements for test methods and inspection Prepare topics for Material Review Board meetings and assist in identifying the root cause of non-conformance Test incoming raw material to ensure it meets specifications Maintain statistics on test results Maintain proper inventory of lab consumables Perform other related duties as required Perform duties requiring kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 pounds periodically Work in/near electro-magnetic fields created by high temperature induction furnaces Vocal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are required for safety, direction, and the exchange of ideas in the industrial environment Job Type:
