Job Description 1. Manufacturing 4.0 a) Systems & Data Foundations:
Implement systems to support operational efficiency, and ensure digitial continuity o PLM - As-Planned and As-Built (MEDS) o ERP / BI / QMS o MES / Detailed Scheduling o MCS / IoT o Digitial Twin (including Suppliers' data) b) LEAN 4.0 Methods:
Provide practical methods and tools, and setup Teams o Methods - 7 Steps o Tools - Line Analysis / Simulation Flow o Teams - Identification / Upscaling o IT-RB - Infrastructure / Reference Book c) LEAN 4.0 Levers:
Simplify access to technological levers, implement, and achieve tangible savings o Closed Door Equipment o Manufacturing Data Analytics (including Predictive function) o Cobots & Robots o Augmented Reality o Digitial Inspection / Automated Decision o Remote Assistance / Maintenance o Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS) o Building Information Modelling (BIM) 2. Industrialization:
a) Lead networking activities for new and changes to processes and equipment b) Schedule and manage the various project phases in accordance with the objectives c) Focus on extending lean manufacturing practices, and lead efforts to implement machine networking d) Organize failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to determine best application for lean improvements 3. Project and Process Planning a) Setup and follow project progress indicators b) Organize milestone reviews and ensure their validation c) Manage a variety of capital and non-capital projects, and be available to travel Internationally d) Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a clear and timely manner e) Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel f) Schedule contractors and manage day-to-day activities to complete projects per the schedule 4. Perform other related duties as required Job Requirements o Bachelor's degree required. o Minimum of five years technical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. o Project Management experience o Technical/Leadership experience engineering project management, specifically new installations and automation o Decision Making o Facilitating Change and Innovation o Planning and Organizing o Quality Orientation o Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills o Teamwork.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Industrial EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
