Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and opportunities.5. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.9. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements. 1. High school diploma or equivalent required.2. Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.5. Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals and targets.6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.7. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.8.
